| TurboSFV v7.70 - Dialog options for creating checksum files |
Notes to TurboSFV v7.70:
For most users, the available options for creating hash files were fine. For power users however, who create a lot of hash files, it was a bit annoying, that always a save-as dialog appears and that the progress window had to be closed
manually.
The new version addresses these issues and provides some new options: The dialog can be skipped, either by automatically accepting the suggested hash file name or by providing a default file name. If a hash file can't be created for any
reason, the dialog still
appears.
The progress window can now close automatically after a specified number of seconds - on success: If TurboSFV has to report an error or warnings, then the window doesn't close itself, even if specified. The countdown for closing the window
can be stopped by clicking on the
window.
Additionally, the window can start minimized, as a button on the taskbar. If the window needs the user's attention, then it will be restored to its normal state. A minimized window can auto-close as well.
