Notes to TurboSFV v7.11:
This version is a maintenance release, which fixes a few minor issues and provides some improvements.
In addition, there is a new configuration switch, which allows to turn off/on error messages and hints to be added to the hash file as commentary lines. These error messages will be generated for files which couldn't be hashed for any
reason. Hints may be added to the hash file for other issues which occurred during the calculation
process.
In the past, errors were always added to the hash file.
